go for it guys....u can handle em. I doubt ill be there b/c im driving back up to college sometime that day...ill only make it if i leave real early but its up to my friend cuz he's driving.. And i dont have my comp with me so im on a shitty one so i wont be playing much this week.

So here goes. Everything was fine correct to begin? Positions set, ball getters, flag carriers. I SPECIFICALLLY said, force ioth to DROP and DONT let Kryp kill with flags and GET top base. And what happens, each one of those things occurs. We lose both balls, lose most flags, let kryp kill, didnt force ioth.
1) Lost base position, as i heard only bulldogg went for it, then we "gave up" on it
2) balls went missing, got some but no direction on where to go (i dont think anyone mentioned we lost top base)
3) i said GO HOME, you guys chased kryp down, noone gave him a kill, but wewe managed to crash into ioth's mines ( wewe was axed and subbed for clownie on spot )
4) i had ioth antied, attacking him 2-1 while home defended, and some guy was anti-ing ioth from outside (dunno who dunno why).
5) ioth dropped i attacked with nosy, pulling 2-3 at a time depending, ioth died, we did not capitolize : / still managed to get to 80% BUT we had flank at home AND attack, dunno who ordered that flank. and dunno where nosy went lol left me 3-1 at nme and lost attack home was 99 so i guess thats why. Anywho after that flank pushed and got stalled, we could not push front anymore.
6) roozter> we need to learn fundamentals AGREED Noone got base, balls went misplaced, no communication.

Know i know it wasnt the same people yadda yadda, but we should play better than that by now, step it up. Dunno what to say anymore i really don't.

somethings i noticed.

1> when we were force dropping, we were on flank and i knew that kryp would reflank and i had clownie ready for the reflank, which worked except when i pm'd ppl to help no one came
home was at 60% at that time

--if ppl came we would have taken out kryp, flanked home succesfully and cleared, also in that time ioth would have dropped.

2> flank was horriable, and yes i was on flank, 1on1 i was taking on who ever, however i didn't have an aggressive anchor who was always 1 wall behind or 5%.

3> horrible start, if bases are taken you flood one of the bases they have
--they can only hold with 4ppl max since rest are grenning or have flags

4> We had balls, but no base and we ended up loosing them.

5> DEFENCE FUKIN RUSH OUT, u can sit back and kill...when i came to defense every1 sitting in fr and rushing...
like come on SWINGS sit back and kill while rest rush out and la ..u give em hell push anchor back

sounds like our squad has communication problems

intelligent trust worthy spec leaders need to make good decisions and have the authority to see them carried out

so if you notice something like that needs to happen u quickly type to spec leader

spec leader reviews ur idea and then if no one listens to 2 u and it's obvious it must happen then
spec leader can ensure it does.

o boy guys.... I dunno what happened b/c i wasn't there, but based on the above posts, we do lack communication and i agree on what heath said. We need a solid spec leader that gets people to do things, but not only that, we need to play smarter. We need to learn the fundamentals and when to do shit without being spammed to do so.
Next time we prac or get a solid show on, we'll run through fundamentals.
We'll show how to force drops on all reds and to USE YOUR MACROS TO SPAM IF HOME LOST OR WHERES FR.
Our squad is 1 of the most talented squads on eg (Skillwise). But when it comes down to decision making and chemistry - that is where we seem to be hurting (it has been improved). Once we improve on this, we can take any squad in this zone hands down.
